Our Shipping Policy:
SHIPPING
We process orders seven days a week, excluding Holidays. Orders are
shipped by the manufacturer via ground service with Fed-Ex/UPS/DHL/USPS.
Generally, items are shipped within 2-4 working days. This means you
should receive your order within 10 working days.
Volume orders may incur additional shipping charges. Incorrect or undeliverable
addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned
to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.
AVAILABILITY
Most items are shipped direct from our offices and, therefore, should
usually be in stock. We will email you promptly if your item is out
of stock.
CURRENT SHIPPING RATES
Currently, all items have shipping rates built into their price.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will honor a return if it is within SEVEN DAYS of purchase and the
product is UN-USED. We will certainly work with you to ensure you are
happy with your purchase from us.
TO RETURN AN ITEM
Should you wish to make a return on a product that is un-used as stated
above, please ship the item and the packing slip to our offices at the
address listed below. Please contact us if you have any questions or
need assistance in this process:
Be sure to indicate the reason for return so we can improve our product
selection and service.
Upon receipt, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure there isnt
any evidence of use. You will receive a full refund if the return adheres
to our guidelines as stated above.
RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS, DHL,
FEDEX or US Postal Service as long as its insured and has a tracking
number or delivery confirmation. We will compensate you for the shipping
cost only if your return is a result of an incorrect or defective shipment
by CPAMarketingCenter.com or one of our suppliers. Shipping charges
will not be refunded otherwise.
